Padraig Hyland

Padraig is CEO and Co-Founder of The Core Story, an organisation that has established a unique process to transform how organisations drive change. Padraig is a thought leader in the evolution of human centred leadership and is passionate about using story to evolve leadership, engage audiences and drive strategy. The Core Story’s programmes are research based and are used by some of the world’s leading companies including Heineken, DHL, Takeda and Bank of Ireland. Padraig has over 20 years’ experience working with international companies based in Asia, North America and Europe. He has also worked as a professional comedian for several years and performed at venues in Europe and the USA and has written and performed stand-up comedy shows for the Edinburgh Festival Comedy Festival. Padraig has developed business content for the Internet, Television and Radio. He has appeared on BBC Television and Radio as well as Ireland AM (Virgin Media Television). He has written and presented two series of leadership training videos for The Ninja Leadership Training Academy on Meet The Boss TV. Padraig has delivered keynote addresses at international conferences all over the world.
